Our Mansion
Our beautiful stately mansion was designed and built in 1903 by noted Chicago architect Frederick W. Perkins. Built in the Lakeview area for a respected Chicago physician, Dr. Daniel O. Hill and his family, at the pivotal time in Chicago’s redevelopment following the Great Fire and itsever-growing reputation as an American leader in architecture and design.
This magnificent structure boasts 6,400 square feet of creative space and has sizable areas which can be transformed into a dining room, ballroom, classroom or a soothing parlor for chamber music.
The facility bears a historical significance to members of the Serbian American community on the North Side of Chicago. Established in 1952 and formerly known as Serbian Cultural Club St Sava, it was primarily used as a meeting and entertainment venue for members and guests.
